Domiciliary care group City & County Healthcare has acquired Help at Home for an undisclosed amount.
This is City & County Healthcare Group’s ninth bolt-on since the company was bought by Sovereign Capital in September 2009.
Help at Home is a domiciliary care provider based in the East Midlands, with branches in Leicester, Syston and Melton Mowbray. Customers include Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council.
Following the acquisition of Help at Home, the City & County Healthcare Group will now provide over 100,000 hours of care per week.
Dominic Dalli (pictured), partner at Sovereign Capital, said: “Help at Home is a high quality provider which we have tracked for some time. Delivering excellent services is central to City & County’s ethos and the team at Help at Home share that ethos. This bolt-on reflects the continued strategy of only acquiring and integrating successful high –quality providers.”
Sovereign Capital has in total committed £25 million of funding to City & County Healthcare Group and looks to expand the group with further buy and build opportunities.
