August Equity’s domiciliary care company Enara Group has made another four bolt-on acquisitions in the south of England and Wales.
Enara has acquired care service providers Heart to Heart Care, Delight Care, Premier Home Services and At Home Community Care for undisclosed amounts. The deals mean Enara has now completed around 40 bolt-on acquisitions.

The pipeline of future acquisitions remains strong and we hope to complete a number of new bolt-ons in the coming weeks.”
Enara is the largest provider of domiciliary care in the south of England and Wales , with more than 40 locations.
Enara was established in mid-2008 as part of a buy-and-build strategy in the domiciliary care market. August Equity managed funds, alongside an acquisition facility from HSBC, committed £53 million to support the company’s growth.
