Property firm Capita Symonds has acquired healthcare consultancy Inventures for an undisclosed sum.
Inventures, which has a turnover of around £7 million, operates across four UK offices and employs more than 100 consultants.
In a statement Capita said the acquisition would allow the company to increase its presence across health and the wider public sector.
Graham Cowley chief operating officer at Capita Symonds said: “The acquisition is particularly exciting… [as it] enables us to offer an even wider scope of services that can drive real service improvement and savings for all public sector organisations.”
Inventures’ NHS clients include UCLH (University College London Hospitals), NHS Bristol, Barnsley NHS Trust, NHS Cornwall, Avon and Wiltshire Partnership NHS Trust, Somerset Partnership and Royal Free NHS Trust.
The business will continue to trade as Inventures, as a trading name of Capita Symonds.
