Audley Group:Emma Trinder

Audley Group, a provider of retirement villages, has appointed Emma Trinder as planning director.

Emma will lead the planning team across all Audley and Mayfield villages within the UK. She will also assume responsibility for village design and ensuring that Audley’s reputation for the highest quality builds, and its impeccable planning record across the UK is maintained. Emma will report directly to Managing Director Kevin Shaw.

Emma joins Audley Group from ETG Consulting, where she advised clients on the planning, design and operation of a number of BTR projects across the UK. Prior to this role she spent nine years at Moorfield Group, where she was responsible for delivery of planning strategy for all alternative residential assets, including retirement living. She has also held senior roles at JLL and Drivers Jonas, and is a qualified planner. Emma is also a Board Director for Spruce Homes, part of Southern Housing.
