Achieve Together, the AMP Capital-backed specialist care provider, has acquired West Midlands-based Careview Services and Careview Caring Support Services for an undisclosed sum.

Based across Stoke-on-Trent and West Bromwich, Careview Services provides residential, supported living and outreach services to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health and forensic needs.

The business currently supports 28 people across their services, running two residential homes, 13 supported living homes, as well as providing outreach.

The combined Achieve Together organisation will provide specialist support to over 2,000 people in 350 services across England and Wales.

Achieve together chief executive, Emma Pearson, said: “We are really excited to be welcoming Careview Services to Achieve together, for which they are a brilliant fit. We look forward to a really successful transition built on partnership working, and to getting to know all the stakeholders including families, people who are supported and team members, as we work together to deliver the best specialist support.

Careview Services chief executive, Shem Singh, said: “Careview Services has been delivering care since 2005 and is proud of its reputation for high quality services. We are passionate about care and take pride in being a good employer.

“We were looking for a provider that delivers high quality care, prioritises the people it supports, their families and its staff. That’s why we chose Achieve together, which shares a very similar philosophy to Careview Services. I am very confident that Careview Services is in good hands and will have a fantastic future with Achieve together.”
