Venture capital firm Calculus Capital has participated in a £7 million investment round into online consultation provider eConsult Health, led by Gresham House Ventures.
The proceeds will be used to accelerate eConsult’s growth in the primary care market and enable the business to target the secondary care sector.
eConsult provides a digital triage services to GP practices, aimed at releasing capacity by recording patient details, case history, symptoms, and providing them to the GP in a concise format where they are processed in 2-3 minutes.
The platform is now live in over 3,200 NHS GP practices.
