Aitchison Raffety, the independent practice of chartered surveyors and town planners, has appointed Harry Pleece as a surveyor within its healthcare team. 

Pleece previously worked for Crickmay Chartered Surveyors. His experience spans the Southeast of England where he been involved in the acquisition and disposal of a wide variety of commercial premises over the past six years. He has also been involved in valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals, primarily to ensure the progression of existing commercial agency instructions.

Paula Mace, director and head of healthcare at Aitchison Raffety, said: “Harry will be involved in all aspects of healthcare work, specialising in GP surgery premises with specific focus on sale and leaseback as well as landlord and tenant, and valuation work.”
