Law firm Capsticks has appointed Mary Mundy as a partner based at the firm’s Leeds office, working on its procurement advisory service nationally.
Capsticks advises on major healthcare procurements, capital projects and digital projects, as well as complex and high-value procurements in the housing sector.
Munday previously worked at DAC Beachcroft and has more than13 years’ experience of leading major projects and advising clients on complex infrastructure and IT/managed service projects. She also has in-house experience, providing insight from the client perspective.
Capsticks’ lead procurement partner Lee Clarke said: “At a time when capital investment in the NHS is at its highest level for a generation, decarbonisation projects are accelerating and digital standardisation is being implemented, Mary is an exciting part of our Leeds procurement and projects team growth strategy.”
Mundy added: “These have been, and continue to be, testing times for public sector organisations. Public procurement law is likely to see substantial change over the next few years; Capsticks is investing in this area to ensure its clients will be one step ahead.”
Capsticks’ 350 lawyers are all engaged in healthcare, housing, public sector or regulatory work.
