Orchard Care Homes, a senior living provider with care homes in the North of England and the Midlands, has appointed Tracy Johnson as operations director for the Northwest.

Johnson has more than 30 years’ experience in the health and social sector working at strategic and operational levels, providing operational leadership and strategic management.

Johnson previously worked at Orchard between 2017 to 2018 as director of operations and has since worked at WCS Care and Advinia Health Care on contracts, and at Community Integrated Care.

Johnson will be responsible for four specialist homes in Orchard’s portfolio: Green Park, Penwortham Grange & Lodge, Thornton Hall & Lodge and Three Bridges.
