This is a unique opportunity to join the leadership team of one of the world’s leading Vet care brands. Linnaeus Group were acquired by Mars in 2018 and have undertaken an exciting period of exponential growth, acquiring a portfolio of outstanding veterinary services throughout the UK. The goal is to provide the highest quality, affordable services and exceptional customer journeys, while extending the reach of services via both inorganic and organic growth.

We are looking for a leader with great potential and experience in executing fast growth business strategies within the consumer marketplace. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a background in managing and developing revenues upwards of £200M, with substantive experience in growth via M&A and integration. The successful candidate will be progressive in nature with ambitions to forge a successful career path within the Mars Veterinary Health brand in both the UK and Internationally.

The COO will join an established, highly experienced and talented leadership team and will take responsibility for a team of 7 Managing Directors as well as the Integration and Business Development teams.

The Candidate;

• An established operator currently working at MD/COO level for a recognised corporate provider
• Experience in managing operational portfolios of £200m+
• Experience in delivering high paced growth via M&A
• A background within the consumer marketplace – preferably within health & wellbeing
• Experience in delivering across international platforms
• National travel according to business needs
