Our client is a B2C healthcare proposition that intends to grow substantially throughout the next 3 years. Currently PE backed we are looking for candidates who are commercially minded yet empathetic, are modern in approach, can evidence effective recruitment and retention systems and are used to working at pace.
A key part of the proposition is to also integrate a staffing culture that is currently split by employment status with a large amount of FTE working on a self-employed basis. You will manage a growing team of 5 professionals to ensure that the function has bandwidth for future acquisitions. TUPE process is a must.
You will be CIPD qualified, ideally with an additional post graduate qualification (PRINCE2, MBA), although a career track record of upwards trajectory and development is also acceptable.
