Hospital operator NMC, which collapsed in 2019, is looking to sell UK-based Aspen Healthcare and a joint venture in Saudi Arabia, Al Jazeera has reported.

NMC Health’s joint administrators have initiated a plan to help 34 companies belonging to NMC to find a way to exit its protective administration.

In a statement NMC Healthcare chief executive Michael Davis said: “Over the past 18 months we worked with our stakeholders and partners to stabilise the group’s financial position and improved operations, saving over $2 billion of value in the process.”
